Dr. Clay Stalcup is a Tennessee native dedicated to helping patients look and feel their very best through safe, evidence-based medical care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis before completing his residency in Knoxville, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident. During his training, he also earned a Master of Public Health, reflecting his commitment to advancing health, wellness, and patient-centered care.
As Medical Director of CREATE Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Stalcup provides clinical oversight to ensure every treatment is performed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and medical excellence. Working closely with the CREATE team, he helps uphold evidence-based protocols while supporting innovative aesthetic treatments that deliver beautiful, natural-looking results.

As CREATE’s Skin Health and Laser Specialist, Kaylee specializes in corrective skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments, including microneedling with PDGF, BBL®, MOXI®, DiamondGlow®, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized medical-grade skincare regimens. She enjoys treating concerns such as sun damage, acne, pigmentation, uneven skin tone and texture, fine lines, and overall skin rejuvenation.
