She is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), providing a unique combination of medical expertise and artistic skill to every treatment she provides. Veronica stays up to date with the latest aesthetic trends and has trained with some of the industry’s most renowned injectors.
Veronica has a keen eye for knowing what her patients need the moment they sit in her chair. Her artistic approach to aesthetic treatments sets her apart, blending precision with creativity to deliver natural, beautiful results. Her ability to explain treatments in a clear and approachable way helps patients feel informed, confident, and at ease.
In her free time, she cherishes time with her loved ones. Veronica enjoys traveling, camping, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Clay Stalcup is a Tennessee native with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. After earning his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, he completed his residency in Knoxville, where he also served as Chief Resident. During his training, he pursued additional studies and earned a Master of Public Health, reflecting his commitment to advancing overall wellness.
As the Medical Director of Create Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Stalcup combines his medical expertise with a personalized, patient-first approach. He ensures that every treatment offered is safe, effective, and designed to deliver natural-looking results that empower confidence.
In addition to his role at Create, Dr. Stalcup also serves as Medical Director of the University After Hours Clinics in Seymour and Northshore. When he’s not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his farm, where he finds balance and connection to his Tennessee roots.
Kaylee is a Licensed Aesthetician and Phlebotomy Technician with over four years of experience in the beauty industry. Her passion for helping patients look and feel their best shines through in everything she does, from customizing treatment plans to supporting patients in achieving their unique skin goals.
Kaylee specializes in Microneedling with PDGF, laser treatments, Chemical Peels, and DiamondGlow® Facials, and she is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetics to provide the highest level of care. Her patients appreciate her gentle touch, personalized approach, and commitment to achieving natural, glowing results.
Outside of the treatment room, Kaylee enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends, as well as her beloved dog, Lexi. She also loves to relax with a good book and recharge with peaceful moments of quiet.
Brooke brings 4 years of experience in aesthetics and a true passion for helping people feel beautiful and confident. As a licensed aesthetician, she loves delivering treatments that leave clients glowing. Her favorite being the ever-popular dermaplane facial.
At Create Medical Aesthetics, Brooke wears many hats: she assists our nurse injector in providing seamless patient care, and she is also the creative mind behind all of our social media content and ideas. Her eye for detail and love for beauty shine through both in treatments and in the content she creates.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Cameron, as they plan their wedding. She loves shopping, doing makeup, modeling, and cherishing moments with her family. At home, she adores her stylish cat, Dior, who keeps life fun and full of personality.
Emmi is the warm, welcoming face patients see first when they walk into Create Medical Aesthetics. As our Front Desk Coordinator, she ensures every patient’s experience begins with kindness, professionalism, and a smile. In addition to her role at the front desk, Emmi is also a licensed aesthetician and manages Create’s social media presence. With 4 years of social media marketing experience, she brings fresh ideas and creative content that highlight both the artistry and expertise of our team.
Her favorite part of her job is having the ability to express her creativity while making meaningful first impressions with every patient who walks through the door.
When she’s not working, Emmi enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Jake, as they plan their wedding. She loves cleaning and organizing, walking with her dog Yuko, and relaxing with her cat, Reverend.
